Individual Consultations with Suki Roth

    Suki has a private consultation practice where
    she works one on one with individuals
    seeking improved health and a greater
    connection to Spirit through the use of
    natural plant medicine.

    Suki's intuition and compassion for people,
    coupled with her in-depth knowledge of
    the plants and how they work physically,
emotionally and spiritually allow her to work
with clients in open dialogue, together
finding the appropriate plants for each
individual situation.

What to Expect

By phone or email, Suki and you will choose
a date for the appointment at Herb Haven.

Then, in preparation, Suki asks that you fill out a four page detailed Health Form that
includes a 5 day food diary with everything you eat and drink. You will be able to
download the Health Form. As soon as it is completed, please send it to Suki, so she has
time to review it and evaluate what will be helpful before your visit.

    On the date of the appointment, you
    will look up directions and drive
    to Herb Haven for your 60-90 minute
    appointment reviewing  your health,
    your concerns and your aspirations.

    Together with you, Suki develops
    an herbal protocol  designed to meet your
    individual needs.

    Suki believes herbs are our link to the earth
    from which they grow. Medicinal plants
    facilitate the healing and re-balancing of our
    emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
